Hi, I’m Amber — a creative creature, nature lover, and someone who never expected to find herself on a healing journey like this. After choosing implants to correct a congenital deformity in 2006 at age 19, I began to experience a wide range of unexplained symptoms without solid medical answers. Eventually, I learned about Breast Implant Illness and began to connect the dots. What began as an attempt to feel at home in my female body has turned into a personal battle and path of deep transformation, grief, and empowerment. My explant surgery is on June 12, 2025 and I’m honored to share my story with you.
